You can set ratios for ads when you insert them, and can change the ratio on any ad at any time. This feature will not appeal to low traffic sites however, and should not be used for ads in rotations that are used more than once per page. On low traffic sites ads will be duplicated in this case.

However, when rotations are not used more than once per page, setting ratios will work as expected: if an ad is set to 3:1 that ad will be shown three times before the system goes on to show the next one in that rotation.
