Ad Eagle Suite

As of version 1.43 Ad Eagle Suite offers the ability to log and display daily breakdowns of views and clicks for your clients. For an example of how this data is displayed, log in here:  http://cgi.veinotte.com/ads/customer_stats/

Because this feature consumes extra resources, the administration area allows you to turn detailed stats on or off, and has a setting for the length of time (in days) to keep this extra data.

For sites with very high traffic who are not running under mod_perl you may feel the extra weight if you are running multiple ads per page. However, if you are running under mod_perl the extra consumption of resources will not likely affect you.

This feature is off by default. When you install the program you will have to log into the admin area and go to "Edit System Configurations" and turn detailed_stats to "on". In the next field you will see "detailed_stats_life" and this is where you enter the max number of days to keep the extra data for each ad. We recommend a fairly low number to keep too much data from being saved, as the data files will grow about 145 bytes for each view or click logged. This ads up if you are running a lot of ads.
